Aerospace Photography:
Wikipedia offers this definition for Aerospace: Aerospace is the human effort in science, engineering and business to fly in the atmosphere of Earth (aeronautics) and surrounding space (astronautics). Aerospace organizations research, design, manufacture, operate, or maintain aircraft and/or spacecraft. Aerospace activity is very diverse, with a multitude of commercial, industrial and military applications.
Living in the vicinity of Kennedy Space Center, the Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, the Eastern Range and Patrick Air force Base, it is a perfect place to view Rocket Launches , Air Shows and even with a few connections to visit some of the facilities.
Since the 50’s our nation and allies have used these facilities to launch Military and Civilian payloads into space, now with the addition of not less than three Commercial Space Ventures the future is bright indeed for the Space Coast of Florida.
The images contained within these photo galleries encompass years of launches and a unfettered view into the extensive ground support facilities. I have over the years been invited to walk the same ground our space pioneers walked, document the progress of the “United States Space Program” and provide a photo journey into some of the most impressive complex of buildings and areas on earth.
